Please note that VLP Piereschi Real Estate is not responsible for any damage caused to the items during transit or transportation.

For international orders:

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges.
If you cancel the order before we process it and send it for shipment, a refund may be processed. Orders usually take 1-2 days to process before shipping.
Orders already in shipment cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.
